MALARKEY VISTA
Vista™ is an architectural shingle line fortified with sustainable Nexgen™ polymer modified asphalt technology for enhanced granule adhesion and extreme weather protection, including Class 3 impact resistance. Malarkey Vista is a good option for the homeowner that is looking for a shingle with upgraded impact resistance for a small extra price.
Malarkey Legacy
Legacy® is an architectural shingle line fortified with durable Flexor™ polymer modified asphalt technology to promote superior granule adhesion and extreme weather protection, including Class 4 impact resistance. The Legacy is a good choice for the homeowner looking for a heavyweight, durable shingle with a high level of impact resistance without breaking the bank on a premium roofing product.
Malarkey Windsor
The Windsor® designer shingle offers the look of a traditional cedar shake roof with the fortified durability of Flexor™ polymer modified asphalt technology to promote superior granule adhesion and extreme weather protection, including Class 4 impact resistance. The homeowner who is looking for a roof that will stand out will appreciate the Windsor's unique good looks. It is a high performing shingle as well with a heavyweight construction and high impact resistance.
MALARKEY WARRANTY
Malarkey Shingles come with a limited lifetime warranty. These warranties are structured with a non pro-rated "Right Start" period (12 years for the Vista and 15 years for the Legacy and Windsor) and then are pro-rated thereafter for the life of the roof. Malarkey shingles will be installed to meet the enhanced wind warranty conditions which are 209 km/h for Vista and Legacy shingles and 225 km/h for Windsor shingles. Toth Roofing will register your warranty with Malarkey upon installation of your roof if Malarkey shingles are selected.
Additional Notes: If a Malarkey roof is selected a full Malarkey roofing system will be installed including eave/valley underlay, full synthetic underlay and starter shingles. All of the Malarkey shingles we offer have Class 3 or 4 impact resistance. Contact your insurance provider to see if it could lower your home insurance premiums.

IKO Industries is based locally out of Calgary. They are a leading manufacturer of asphalt roofing products in North America
IKO Cambridge
IKO Cambridge shingles are an entry level asphalt laminate shingle. If you are looking for the lowest cost option for your roof these shingles would be the ones to go with. They still are a quality shingle but don't have the modified bitumen compounds in them that add the additional impact resistance.
IKO Roof-Fast
IKO Roof-Fast is a self adhering rolled roofing product ideal for installation on portions of your roof that are between a 1/2:12 and 2:12 slope. It consists of a mechanically fastened base sheet, and a granulated self adhering cap sheet. Adding an extra mid ply layer is optional. It comes in several colours to match the remainder of the roof. Roof-Fast must have a positive slope and are not appropriate for a true flat roof.
IKO Warranty
IKO Cambridge shingles offer a limited lifetime warranty as well with a non pro-rated "Iron-Clad" period of 15 years with remainder of the warranty being pro-rated. IKO Cambridge shingles have a 177 km/h wind warranty as installed.
