RIdgecap
Ridgecap is installed where two slopes come together on hips and ridges. There are two different styles available, standard ridgecap and high profile ridgecap.
Standard ridgecap
​Standard ridgecap is made out of single layers of shingles overlapped. They are either cut out of 3-tab shingles or dedicated hip and ridge shingles. This provides a clean look to the ridge lines. Standard ridgecap can also be combined with ridge venting to provide a better ventilation solution for roofs with vaulted ceilings.
high profile ridgecap
High profile ridgecap is a thicker ridgecap made of several layers of shingles folded together. These give an upgraded appearance to the roof and look great on cottage style roofs. High profile ridge cap is available with Malarkey and IKO shingles.
