Asphalt shingles are the most common roofing product installed roofs in Calgary and the surrounding areas. Architectural Laminate shingles are the standard shingle installed, with Impact Resistant and premium products available. IKO and Malarkey products are what we offer. Asphalt shingles come with a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. 

PREMIUM ROOFING Materials

There are several premium roofing products to choose from which will increase the curb appeal of your home and offer increased durability and life. These include Euroshield rubber roofing products and Inspire composite tiles.

RIDGECAP

Ridgecap is installed over the hips and the ridge lines on the roof. There are two styles to choose from, standard ridgecap and high profile ridgecap.

UNDERLAYMENT

Underlayments are installed under the roofing materials to provide an additional layer of protection from water intrusion.

flashings

Flashings are the metal products which seal valleys, abutments with walls and penetrations on the roof.  Poorly installed flashings are the most common cause of roof leaks. We look at the flashings on every roof and recommend repairs when required.

ventilation

Ventilation is an essential part of the roof system and includes attic exhaust and intake ventilation. Hood fans and bathroom fans also typically run ducting through the attic to a gooseneck vent installed in the roof. If there are any problems with ventilation it can lead to moisture issues in the attic and your home. ROOF DECK

The roof deck is the substrate to which the shingles are applied. It is important that the roof deck is solid and in good condition to ensure long term roof performance.
